Gurriel came up with a clutch hit on Friday when he blasted a game-tying grand slam and totaled five RBI in the loss. The right-handed slugger has played in 12 straight games, so he'll get a routine rest day on Saturday. As a result, Tim Tawa will get the start in left field and bat eighth versus right-hander Dustin May. Fantasy managers should expect Gurriel to be back in the lineup following Saturday's game.

In his next at-bat, the 31-year-old belted a grand slam off Dodgers pitcher Anthony Banda in the bottom of the fifth inning to tie the game 8-8. His home run traveled 401 feet with an exit velocity of 105.9 mph. He has now collected a hit in six of his last nine games and is hitting .306 (11-for-36) with three home runs and 10 RBI in May. Overall, Gurriel is slashing .213/.238/.418 with seven home runs, 25 RBI, 14 runs, and a stolen base across 151 plate appearances. Fantasy managers should continue to roll with Gurriel while he's swinging a hot bat as he looks to build on Friday's performance in this weekend's series against Los Angeles.
