Tampa Bay Rays first baseman Yandy Diaz was 3-for-4 with a solo home run during Sunday's 3-1 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Diaz took rookie right-hander Paul Skenes deep on the first pitch of the game for his sixth home run of the season. The 32-year-old endured a quiet start to the campaign, but he is currently riding a 16-game hitting streak. Overall, Diaz is slashing .271/.331/.384 with 36 RBI and 30 runs scored. He may not repeat last year's career numbers, but he should be a productive source of counting stats and ratios for the remainder of the season.

Atlanta Braves starter Max Fried allowed one run on six hits across six innings of work during Sunday's 3-1 win over the New York Yankees. He struck out four batters without issuing a walk. Fried's full arsenal was on display in this one as he threw seven different types of pitches. He now owns a 7-3 record, 3.00 ERA, 1.07 WHIP and 80:27 K:BB through 90 innings this season. Fried is one of the most trustworthy fantasy starters in the game and can be rolled out with confidence in his next projected start against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

Cincinnati Reds outfielder Will Benson left Sunday's game against the Boston Red Sox after he took a 97 MPH fastball off of his left elbow. He initially stayed in the game to run the bases but exited once the Reds took the field defensively. Benson will likely head for X-rays after the game to see the extent of the injury. The 26-year-old has struggled mightily at the plate over the past few months and is hitless in his past nine games. He is slashing .192/.287/.379 with eight home runs, 22 RBI, and nine stolen bases this season. He can be considered day-to-day for now, but his fantasy value has already been drastically drained.

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Heston Kjerstad is expected to be recalled ahead of Monday's game. The 26-year-old was optioned to Triple-A after a short stint with the team in mid-May. During that time, Kjerstad recorded only two hits through 17 plate appearances. The Orioles didn't have enough playing time available in order for them to keep Kjerstad on the big league roster. They felt it was better if he received regular playing time in the minors. We'll see if the O's decide to give Kjerstad more at-bats this time around.

Houston Astros third baseman Alex Bregman was on fire at the plate during Sunday's game against the Baltimore Orioles. Bregman went 4-for-4 with a walk and two runs scored in the blowout win. The veteran slugger recorded two doubles and two singles but still somehow didn't come away with an RBI. Regardless, Bregman has been hot at the plate with a .364 batting average in the month of June. Fantasy managers should keep rolling him out there on a daily basis.
