Welcome to the prop bet tracker. As MLB season gets into high gear, another way to get in on the action is to analyze the day’s best prop bets – from strikeouts to home runs, first to five runs to total bases logged.

Each day, we will try and identify a few picks that are ready to explode in the prop market.

Corey Kluber Over 5.5 Strikeouts (-132, BetRivers)

The veteran right-hander for the New York Yankees has been a bit of an assassin in recent outings, racking up 21 strikeouts over his last three starts. How? Not via increased velocity, but the disgusting straight change-up that he has been throwing a pile. Kluber's 13.4% swinging-strike rate would be the second-best mark of his career. A first 5 RL bet is a good idea, too.

Clayton Kershaw Over 6.5 Strikeouts (-140, FanDuel)

The last week has been a bit wonky for Kershaw — while he was pulled early from a start due to poor performance, he bounced back with five solid innings and a win against the tough-to-strikeout Angels. Friday, he faces a Miami Marlins team that ranks eighth-worst in team strikeout rate. Prior to that odd week, Kershaw whiffed seven or more three of the last four starts. Dial him in.

DJ LeMahieu to Hit a Home Run (+550, DraftKings)

Dean Kremer has had a bit of an up-and-down 2021 season, but the biggest problem that the left-hander has had is getting knocked around, allowing 2.08 HR/9. And Camden Yards, this could spell an even bigger issue. Kremer has also allowed a 42.5% fly-ball rate, so all Yankees are in play, but I love LeMahieu's value here.
