Welcome to the prop bet tracker. As MLB season gets into high gear, another way to get in on the action is to analyze the day’s best prop bets – from strikeouts to home runs, first to five runs to total bases logged.

Each day, we will try to identify a few picks that are ready to explode in the prop market.

Jordan Montgomery Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-120, BetMGM)

I think this game is going to be an offensive bloodbath. There is a monster wind blowing out, and while the Red Sox whiff plenty (25.5% strikeout rate over the last two weeks), they are quite adept at the dish, too.

J.D. Martinez To Hit a Home Run (+350, DraftKings

This feels like stealing, fam. J.D. Martinez smashes left-handed pitching. SMASHES. Spanning over 1,300 career plate appearances, J.D. has blasted them for a 154 wRC+ mark, including a .964 OPS. Oh, did I tell you there's a 10-plus MPH wind blowing out tonight?
