TopProp Fantasy Sports is officially live, bringing you a new way to wager on fantasy football. Are you confident that you have the best team in your league? Great, bet on it. Are you confident that your league mate Bob is going to blow John out of the water this week? Great, bet on it.

Put down your group chat where you talk trash and put your money where your mouth is. That’s what TopProp gives you the ability to do. It also gives you the ability to wager on “Expert” leagues. These can be leagues made up of your favorite fantasy football analysts, industry experts, or anyone else you simply want to wager on. One of those leagues is made up of our experts here at FTN.

Each week, I will provide you with an update on the TopProp FTN Expert League, highlighting a key matchup to wager on, recapping the last week, and reviewing the current standings of the league.

Additionally, their recent launch of Battleground allows users to face off head-to-head in player-prop contests with pre-populated spreads set on their fantasy-point matchups. I will also provide two contests that I am eyeing for Week 11 on Battlegrounds and which way I lean..

I believe in Mac Jones, and he’s shown more than enough as of late to enhance my optimism, especially against exploitable pass defenses. He’s had three games over the last six weeks against shaky secondaries, those being the Browns in Week 10, the Jets in Week 7, and the Cowboys in Week 6. In all three of these games, he threw multiple touchdown passes while completing at least 66.67% of his passes in all three. Drawing another exploitable matchup Thursday night, Jones is primed for another great showing.

Conversely, Bill Belichick is one of the best coaches in the NFL at shutting down the opposing team’s No. 1 option in the passing game. While that is typically a wide receiver, it may be Kyle Pitts Thursday given how decimated the Atlanta receivers are. Taking away Pitts will only make life harder on an already-shaky quarterback, making Matt Ryan an easy fade for me in Week 11.

Correlating with the above pick, I am choosing to tail FTN’s Derek Brown and go with Nelson Agholor (-1) against Russell Gage. As noted above, it’s hard to find a coach who schemes more effectively against opposing pass-catchers than Belichick.

Week 11 Preview | TopProp FTN Expert League

The losing streak for Eliot Crist has reached an impressive 10 games, while we’ve conversely seen a resurgence of Daniel Kelley, whose 8-2-0 record has him one game back of first place. With Gilles Gallant facing some bye-week dilemmas, this feels like Kelley’s time to pounce.

There are very few matchups that are projected to come down to the wire this week, making Kelley’s matchup the one to watch for with first place a mere reach away. As long as Jonathan Taylor continues his torrid pace, we could see a new leader in the league at this time next week.
