2025 Tennis Preview, Predictions and Bets

If it feels like the 2024 season ended yesterday, it’s because well, it literally did. The ATP Next Gen Final took place in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Sunday, and now, in just a few days, the 2025 season will kick off Down Under with the United Cup. The 2024 season was quite a year, with Carlos Alcaraz and Jannik Sinner splitting the four Grand Slams, as well as Aryna Sabalenka adding two more Grand Slams to her resume. Iga Swiatek won her third consecutive Roland Garros, while Barbora Krejcikova surprisingly won Wimbledon for her second Slam. 

At the Paris Olympics, Qinwen Zheng took home the Gold Medal, while Novak Djokovic collected his first Gold Medal, completing everything there is to accomplish in the sport of tennis. We lost Andy Murray, Garbine Muguruza, Dominic Thiem and Rafael Nadal, among others to retirement, with Nadal getting his swan song in Madrid at the Davis Cup. Now, we head into a 2025 season in which questions surround both Jannik Sinner and Iga Swiatek, who tested positive for PEDs in 2024.
