Monday is the first full slate of games for the 2022 World Cup. The host nation, Qatar, kicked off the competition Sunday against Ecuador, which means there is no early game Monday. 

 

The slate will kick off at 8 a.m. ET and will include three games from Groups A and B. This slate will also mark the beginning of the United States Men’s National Team’s World Cup campaign.

Game 2 Senegal vs. Netherlands

About 24 hours after Qatar kicks off the tournament, we will get the second Group A match with Senegal taking on the Netherlands. The Netherlands are the favorites to win this group at -180 on FanDuel, and many people think they are set up well for a deep run through the knockout rounds.

Wales are slight underdogs at +230 on the money line, while the United States is +140. Oddsmakers think a draw is fairly likely in this game with odds at +200.
