Utah Jazz forward John Collins (hip) has been ruled out for Friday's game for injury management on his left hip. With Collins sitting out against the Pelicans along with Walker Kessler (rest) and Lauri Markkanen (back), the frontcourt will be very thin. Micah Potter, Kyle Filipowski, and Brice Sensabaugh will all see some added playing time. In their last game, Potter posted two points and four rebounds while Sensabaugh had 19 points, four assists, and four rebounds. Filipowski even contributed eight points, two assists, and two rebounds, but Sensabaugh seems to be the better streaming option at this moment.

Kyle Filipowski and Micah Potter receive additional work with Collins out. Potter started on Sunday against Brooklyn, but Filipowski was the better performer, which has been the case throughout the campaign. Filipowski finished Sunday's 112-111 overtime win with 12 points, five rebounds, two assists, and one steal. He faces a tricky matchup on Wednesday, as the Hornets have the seventh-best rebounding rate among all teams, despite holding the third-worst record in the league.

But he's listed as out due to injury management purposes, so it appears he's nearing a return. Fantasy managers have enjoyed Collins' production this season, with the veteran averaging 17.9 points, his highest mark since the 2019-20 campaign. In the meantime, Brice Sensabaugh (illness) and Kyle Filipowski (ankle) could see more minutes. But if neither of those players get on the floor, Micah Potter may get a few extra minutes of action, although not enough to warrant fantasy consideration.
