Booker, who also posted five rebounds, six assists, two steals, and one block on Sunday, is now 0-4 for his career in elimination games. He had previously averaged only 14.0 points in elimination games, so Booker took a major step forward from a personal perspective, but the Suns as a team seem stuck in the same place. Since reaching the Finals in 2021, Phoenix has won only two playoff series, going 10-13 in the postseason.

Head coach Frank Vogel's team is now down 2-0 in the series, and Phoenix will need a lot more from Booker to turn things around. He's shot below 40 percent in the series so far, averaging 19.0 points.

He hit five of his nine attempts from outside and missed a double-double by only two assists while collecting one rebound and one steal in 37 minutes of playing time. Booker has now posted 92 points across his last two appearances, hitting a superb 13-for-25 from deep. Minnesota's tough defense will try to slow him down next before Booker has another face-off with the Pelicans, against whom he's scored 50-plus points in three consecutive games.
