Lineup construction consists of one CPT, four flexes and one team. The key to building a lineup is having all of your drivers finish in the top 10 as well as choosing the driver who finishes the best for his respective team. The 5 points for defeating a teammate is equivalent to an eighth-place finish or moving up 10 grid spots. There will not be a ton of people jumping or dropping out of spots unless they crash or someone has car problems and has a Did Not Finish.
My Favorite Captains for the Bahrain Grand Prix are Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, Lewis Hamilton and Kevin Magnussen (value captain).
