Currently, there are three in-person locations for retail sports betting in Arkansas. The Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort, the Saracen Casino Resort and the Southland Casino have been taking bets on sports since 2019.

The Saracen Casino Resort is preparing to launch its Bet Saracen mobile app for early March, giving Arkansas bettors at least one legal betting option for the state’s online launch. The casino says it’s been working on its new app for a year.
