PrizePicks for February 11

There are plenty of different props to choose from on PrizePicks, and there’s a lot of money to be made. You can pick your choice of NBA, PGA, MMA, soccer and more. As you’ll see below, I’ll be focusing on the NHL.

Speaking of “PrizePicks,” it is a creative new way to parlay picks based on expected fantasy point production.

The format is simple. You pick two, three or four players and predict whether they will go over or under their projected fantasy point total.

When parlaying the players, the larger your parlay, the better the payout:

  • Two-pick entry pays 2.5x (max entry: $400)
  • Three-pick entry pays 5x (max entry: $200)
  • Four-pick entry pays 10x (max entry: $100)

As a bonus offer, there is a “flex play” option if you choose to run a four-man parlay. This will provide some security, as you can earn 1.5x your buy-in if three of your four picks hit.

Below are my top PrizePicks for Thursday’s slate in the NHL. I will be mixing and matching my pick combinations from the pool below, with my favorite combinations also included.

Scoring breakdown for PrizePicks contests can be found here.

Feb. 11 PrizePicks

NHL

Matthew Tkachuk OVER 3.6 points

Tkachuk has five goals and 10 points in 12 games this season with 39 shots on goal. The Flames’ winger has two goals and six points in his past six games, and he’s in a great spot Thursday. The Vancouver Canucks have allowed the most shots, scoring chances, high-danger chances, and goals per 60 minutes at 5v5.

Brayden Point OVER 4.0 points

Point has four goals and 14 points in 11 games this season, basically averaging four PrizePicks points per game on the season when you account for his 33 shots on goal. Point enters on a six-game point streak (2 G & 9 PTS) and he’s fresh off a three-point game. Sergei Bobrovsky has allowed 13 goals in the three games in which he hasn’t played the Detroit Red Wings.
