We have eight games on the NHL slate for Tuesday, so there’s plenty of action to be had on the ice. Below you’ll see a list of three of my favorite NHL props, with a couple of bonus NHL prop bets as well.

The odds change pretty quickly in the NHL, so take advantage of our Prop Shop for the best possible odds and check out our Pick Tracker for all of my picks.

With our FTN Bets package, you’ll get picks from everyone at FTN, plus tools, projections and access to Discord, where I’ll discuss every slate.

This is a great night for SGP point parlays, so be sure to check out our FTN Bets Tracker for more! With our betting package you get all of our picks across all sports, plus access to our Discord channel and to our projections.

Be sure to check out Mean Streets for daily picks and Dangle Bet Celly for full NHL breakdowns each Tuesday and Thursday.

The Best NHL Prop Bets

Pavel Zacha Point

(-120, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Zacha has been one of our favorite NHL prop bets this season, and his prop has been at a solid price for most of the season. The Bruins’ center has 18 goals and 51 points in 71 games this season. He’s just three goals and six points away from matching his career highs set last season. He enters Tuesday’s game averaging a career-high 18:10, and he’s picked up 14 points on the power play, which is tied for the most he’s ever had. Zacha has points in three straight games and 11 of his past 13 games. He continues to skate with David Pastrnak at 5v5 and on the power play, which is a big reason why I like his prop. The Preds had their 18-game point streak snapped last week and you have to wonder if the losses will start to pile up now. They’ve lost two in a row and coughed up 15 goals in those two games, including eight to Arizona. I included Jake DeBrusk as a bonus as he’s put at least three pucks on the net in seven of his last nine games.

Bonus

Jonathan Marchessault Point

(-125, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Marchessault has already scored a career-high 40 goals this season, and his 63 points are three away from matching his best mark as a Golden Knight. After a bit of a slow start to last season, Marchessault has been nothing short of fantastic. He won the Conn Smythe Trophy in the Stanley Cup Playoffs last season, and his play has carried over in what is a contract year for the sniper. He has pretty good odds for a player who has 61 points in 74 games, and 31 in 36 games at home this season. He and Jack Eichel are back together, which is good enough for me to be interested in the duo. Marchessault has points in three of his last four games and five of his past seven.

Bonus

  • Jack Eichel & Marchessault Points SGP (+130, Bet365)
  • Conor Garland O 2.5 SOG (+100, DraftKings)
  • Conor Garland Point (+130, DraftKings)

Luke Hughes Point

(-105, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Jack Hughes is always one of our favorite players to attack in the NHL prop game, but I’m looking at his brother Luke. The Devils’ defenseman has points in three straight games and five of his past six. Over that span he has one goal and eight points, including five on the power play. Hughes also has 13 shots in his last three games and at least three in four of his past five games. I don’t mind taking a stab at his shot prop, but I like his point prop a touch more. The Penguins played Monday night, and these two teams combined for seven goals March 19.

Bonus

  • Luke Hughes O 2.5 SOG (+140, DraftKings)
  • Sidney Crosby, Bryan Rust Points SGP (-110, Bet365)
  • Nico Hischier, Jesper Bratt, Timo Meier Points SGP (+180, Bet365)
  • Drew O’Connor Goal (+475, BETMGM) First Goal (+3000, FanDuel) 0.25 u

Sam Bennett Over 2.5 SOG

(-110, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Bennett and the Florida Panthers had a tough loss in Toronto Monday night, but he scored a goal on three shots and he’s in a good spot here. The Montreal Canadiens have hung with most teams this season, but they’ve given up a lot of rubber. Since March 1, according to Natural Stat Trick, the Habs have allowed the fifth-most shot attempts. Bennett has at least three shots in back-to-back games, and he put up seven against the Canadiens when these two teams played last Feb. 29.

Bonus

  • Sam Reinhart O 2.5 SOG (-150, BetRivers)
  • Cole Caufield O 3.5 SOG (+110, DraftKings)
  • Juraj Slafkovsky Point (+100, DraftKings)
  • Cole Caufield & Nick Suzuki Points SGP (+145, Bet365)
