The Best NHL Prop Bets
Roope Hintz Point

There’s a bit of juice on this prop, but I have a couple others from this game below that I also think are worth your time. I’ve highlighted Wyatt Johnston plenty of times over the past couple of weeks, and I think he’s a solid pick up in your fantasy hockey leagues with the addition of right wing eligibility. The promotion to Hintz’s line with Jason Robertson has been a good move by Dallas head coach Pete DeBoer. Hintz has a cool 47 points in 47 games this season. He has 14 points in his last 11 games, and he’s had at least two points in four of his last eight games.

Sam Bennett Point

There’s still pretty good value in the betting market when it comes to Sam Bennett’s NHL props due to his slow start to the season. Bennett only registered six points in his first 17 games, but he only played one game over the first five weeks of the season. Injuries were a big reason why Bennett struggled to begin the season. The Panthers are healthy now as they enter on a four-game winning streak. Florida has won 13 of its last 17 games and Bennett has 14 points over that span, including seven points in his past eight games. On top of the recent run, Bennett’s at home, where he averages 17:29 per games compared to 16:15 on the road. The Flyers have lost five straight games and rookie goaltender Samuel Errson has coughed up 15 goals in his last four outings (at least 4 in three of four).

Sean Monahan Point

Monahan is set to make his debut with the Winnipeg Jets on the second line, and I believe he’ll get time on the first power play, which is something he did very well for the Montreal Canadiens. Monahan picked up 13 goals and 35 points in 49 games with the Habs, including 16 on the power play. I’m sure that’s a big reason why the Jets dished out a first round pick for Monahan. It also didn’t hurt that he had points in six of his past seven games and nine of his last 13 matchups.
