Week 4 NFL picks for JockMKT

What is JockMKT?

JockMKT is a fantastic new fantasy football platform that combines the financial market and sports. Bidding on a player as an IPO and getting paid out where they finish on the day. Example: “If fifth place overall is worth $20, and Tom Brady finishes with the fifth-most points, then every user holding Tom Brady receives $20 per share.” It is a fun way to try and buy low on top targets that week who have big time upside and can pay off their IPO price.

How does bidding work?

Bidding is very similar to Ebay. You enter a max bid and JockMKT will only use your max bid on players if needed. If no one competes you will get the player at their initial offering.

Five players to bid on in Week 4

Kyler Murray, QB, Arizona Cardinals

Bid to top 10

Kyler Murray is going overlooked in this matchup this week against a tough Rams defense, but how quickly we forget that he is the No. 1 fantasy point scorer when healthy the last two seasons. The Cardinals pick up the pace when trailing, going no huddle 52% of the time and pass at an 8% higher clip. In the highest total game as a road dog, Murray is the perfect blend of floor and ceiling for JockMKT.

Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles

Bid to top 15

Much like Murray, we are interested in Jalen Hurts because of his floor/ceiling combination due to his legs. Hurts was awful Monday night, but his fantasy line still got there. He has really struggled under pressure, but this week gets a Chiefs team that struggles to generate pressure and has been abysmal on defense through three weeks.

Aaron Rodgers, QB, Green Bay Packers

Bid to top 20

In DFS, Aaron Rodgers is going almost completely ignored as a 6.5-point home favorite, despite the fact that as a home favorite since 2020 Rodgers is averaging 2.91 touchdown passes and 270 passing yards in an 11-game sample size.

Nick Chubb, RB, Cleveland Browns

Bid to top 25

Nick Chubb is going to go overlooked every week as people worry about Kareem Hunt. Chubb has 100-plus-yard and multi-touchdown upside every week behind the league’s best offensive line, and this week he’s facing a bottom-eight rush defense. While Hunt has done far more damage through the air, the two backs have run the same exact number of routes this season.

DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Arizona Cardinals

Bid to top 25

A nice contrarian stack with Kyler Murray, DeAndre Hopkins is going completely overlooked here. In his career with the Cardinals as underdogs, Hopkins is averaging 11.4 targets, 8.6 receptions, 88 receiving yards and 0.8 touchdowns.
