TopProp Fantasy Sports is officially live, bringing you a new way to wager on fantasy football. Are you confident that you have the best team in your league? Great, bet on it. Are you confident that your league mate Bob is going to blow John out of the water this week? Great, bet on it.

Put down your group chat where you talk trash and put your money where your mouth is. That’s what TopProp gives you the ability to do. It also gives you the ability to wager on “Expert” leagues. These can be leagues made up of your favorite fantasy football analysts, industry experts, or anyone else you simply want to wager on. One of those leagues is made up of our experts here at FTN.

Each week, I will provide you with an update on the TopProp FTN Expert League, highlighting a key matchup to wager on, recapping the last week, and reviewing the current standings of the league.

Additionally, their recent launch of Battleground allows users to face off head-to-head in player-prop contests with pre-populated spreads set on their fantasy-point matchups. I will also provide two contests that I am eyeing for Week 16 on Battlegrounds and which way I lean.

My first matchup in the Battleground features a pair of receivers that have taken the league by storm. While Justin Jefferson has been impressive in his sophomore season, I still side with Cooper Kupp even against 4.5 bonus points. Fresh off of a 9/136/2 game against the Seahawks in Week 15, Kupp has not posted at least 10 targets in all but one game this season. He’s topped 100 receiving yards in seven of his last nine games while falling below 90 receiving yards only once this entire season. Given the fact that he’s within striking distance of Jerry Rice’s single-season receiving record, the Rams are likely going to continue to feed him the ball. Against a leaky Minnesota secondary, there’s not a safer player to back in fantasy football at the moment.

My second matchup is a bit riskier, as taking Dallas Goedert over George Kittle can go sideways in a hurry. With that said, the reliability that Goedert has shown as the top receiver in this Philly offense warrants taking the shot with the five bonus points. Goedert has posted back-to-back 100-yard games, totaling 15 targets, 240 yards and two touchdowns over that span. Now, he gets to take on a Giants’ defense that ranks in the bottom third of the NFL in fantasy points per game allowed to the tight end position.

Now, let’s check the Expert League as we head into Week 2 of the fantasy playoffs.
