TopProp Fantasy Sports is officially live, bringing you a new way to wager on fantasy football. Are you confident that you have the best team in your league? Great, bet on it. Are you confident that your league mate Bob is going to blow John out of the water this week? Great, bet on it.

Put down your group chat where you talk trash and put your money where your mouth is. That’s what TopProp gives you the ability to do. It also gives you the ability to wager on “Expert” leagues. These can be leagues made up of your favorite fantasy football analysts, industry experts, or anyone else you simply want to wager on. One of those leagues is made up of our experts here at FTN.

Each week, I will provide you with an update on the TopProp FTN Expert League, highlighting a key matchup to wager on, recapping the last week, and reviewing the current standings of the league.

Additionally, their recent launch of Battleground allows users to face off head-to-head in player-prop contests with pre-populated spreads set on their fantasy-point matchups. I will also provide two contests that I am eyeing for Week 14 on Battlegrounds and which way I lean.

Battleground Matchups of the Week | TopProp FTN Expert League

The first selection in the Battleground feels like a no brainer, as I am siding with Josh Allen (+1.5) versus Lamar Jackson

Allen is coming off a down game Monday night in the infamous blizzard, but his matchup with the Buccaneers provides a ton of bounceback upside.

Using the FTNFantasy splits tool, it’s rather obvious Josh Allen sees a bump in literally every statistical category in games with an implied total of at least 53 points (left column). The total, as it stands, for the Week 14 tilt against the Bucs sits at 53.5 with a tight 3.5-point spread. The sheer uptick in volume gives Allen both a floor and a ceiling that Jackson has simply not shown over the last number of weeks, making him an obvious choice as the underdog here. It also helps that there may not be a more severe pass funnel defense than Tampa Bay this season.

My second matchup to target in the Battleground on TopProp is, what I view to be, a broken line. Sony Michel got the Week 13 start with Darrell Henderson nursing an injury, but the expectation is that Henderson returns for their Week 14 tilt against a stout Cardinals defense. It seems as though TopProp feels like Michel will draw the start, making him only a two-point underdog against one of the league-leaders in touches.

Only four running backs have more carries this season than Harris (217) and he also remains a fixture in the passing game. He also draws the more favorable matchup between these two players. This line is certainly subject to change, but I would hop on it asap as long as it’s posted on TopProp Fantasy.

Now, let’s check the Expert League as we head into Week 12 of the NFL season.

Week 14 Preview | TopProp FTN Expert League

Week 14 marks the final week of the regular season and only three teams have clinched their spot in the playoffs.

With five teams within one game of each other, the matchup to watch is going to be Jeff Ratcliffe (7-6-0) versus Nelson Sousa (7-6-0). The winner will guarantee themselves a spot in the playoffs, while the loser will need a lot of external factors to go his way if they hope to reach the postseason.
