Seattle Seahawks running back Kenneth Walker III took 17 carries for 78 yards in Week 18. He also caught his only target for three yards in the win over the Arizona Cardinals. Ten of Walker's attempts were for three yards or less but his stat line was bailed out with four rushes that resulted in gains of at least 11 yards. Coming into the season his status as the starter was threatened after the Seahawks drafted Zach Charbonnet in the second round of the 2023 draft. Injuries aside, Walker held onto his role all year but Charbonnet's efficiency makes depth chart projections murky for 2024. Playing in 15 games in 2023, Walker had 219 carries for 905 rushing yards and eight touchdowns. He also had 29 catches for 259 yards and one receiving touchdown.

San Francisco 49ers quarterback Sam Darnold took all the snaps under center in Sunday's 21-20 home loss to the Los Angeles Rams. The former first-round pick got his only start of the season with regular starter Brock Purdy resting in a game the 49ers entered having already nailed down the No.1 playoff seed in the NFC. Darnold completed 16 of 26 attempts for 189 yards passing and one touchdown. He also added seven carries for 19 yards and a touchdown on the ground. Sunday's game was a decent showcase for Darnold as he'll be a free agent this summer hoping to sign somewhere with a chance to compete for a starting job in 2024.

Washington Commanders quarterback Sam Howell completed 19 of 27 passes for 153 yards, a touchdown, and two interceptions along with one reception for four yards and four carries for negative one yard during Sunday's loss to the Dallas Cowboys. After a series of rough outings, the second-year quarterback closed out the season with his second underwhelming performance against Dallas. In addition to his interceptions, Howell also underthrew a wide-open Terry McLaurin for what would've been a massive touchdown on Washington's first possession. With the Commanders locked into a top-two pick in the 2024 NFL Draft, they're a likely suitor for a high-end quarterback prospect. So, after starting every game this year, Howell will probably be relegated to the backup role next season.

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (hand) won't return to Sunday's meeting with the Arizona Cardinals. The 26-year-old suffered a hand injury in the first half, so he'll finish without a catch. At any rate, Fant hasn't been a routine fantasy performer all year, and Week 18 may cap off another underwhelming season. But if anything, his absence could open up more targets for Colby Parkinson and Will Dissly for the rest of the contest, although neither player can be trusted from a fantasy standpoint.

Seattle Seahawks tight end Noah Fant (hand) exited during the first half of Sunday's game against the Arizona Cardinals and is officially questionable to return. At the time of his departure, he had not been targeted yet. The 26-year-old has been inconsistent this season but did impress last week, turning six targets into five catches for 59 yards. Look for Will Dissly to step up as the Seahawks' top tight end until Fant can return.
