What is JockMKT?
JockMKT is a fantastic new fantasy football platform that combines the financial market and sports. Bidding on a player as an IPO and getting paid out where they finish on the day. Example: “If fifth place overall is worth $20, and Tom Brady finishes with the fifth-most points, then every user holding Tom Brady receives $20 per share.” It is a fun way to try and buy low on top targets that week who have big time upside and can pay off their IPO price.
How does bidding work?
Bidding is very similar to Ebay. You enter a max bid and JockMKT will only use your max bid on players if needed. If no one competes you will get the player at their initial offering.

On a short two-game slate, you have to be willing to take chances on players for those big payoffs. With the Titans battling the Bengals and the Packers hosting the 49ers, there are plenty of studs to target and a few under-the-radar gems.
Three Players to Bid on in Saturday of the Divisional Round
Derrick Henry, RB, Tennessee Titans
Bid until top 5
Derrick Henry returns to action from his broken foot and is expected to be a full go against a Bengals defense that is missing its best interior defensive lineman in Larry Ogunjobi. Per Vegas consensus, he is the most likely player to score (and score multiple times) of any player this weekend. His rushing prop is already climbing, and we know he has No. 1 overall player upside on main slates, let alone two-gamers. Henry is a guy I am willing to go big on in this one.
Julio Jones, WR, Tennessee Titans
Bid until top 15
This is the healthiest we get the guy who was once the best receiver on planet earth since the beginning of the season. In three games with Derrick Henry, he averaged 72 yards per game on a 19.3% target share and 32.3% air yard share. Julio Jones has flashes as his old self at times, and I think we could have a massive Julio game in the playoffs Saturday.
Allen Lazard, WR, Green Bay Packers
Bid until top 20
Allen Lazard has come on strong of late, seeing five or more targets and catching a touchdown in four of his last five games. His price may remain lower as well with the uncertainty of both Randall Cobb and Marquez Valdes-Scantling. If I can get a player for cheap who has three 19-plus-fantasy-point performances in his last five games on a two-game slate, why would I not take that chance?
