The NFL regular season is over, but we kick off the run to the Super Bowl with a fun six-game DFS slate for the Wild Card Round. There are stars at every position and choices to be made about where to prioritize the salary, so let’s get rolling.

Jayden Daniels, Washington Commanders ($8,400)
There is a risk here, as it’s the first game for Jayden Daniels in the postseason, but the matchup is about as good as it’s going to get in the playoffs. Tampa was 28th in DVOA-adjusted points against the quarterback this season; no team in the field has a worse mark. Daniels did have just an 89.7 passer rating against the blitz this season, but his explosive play rate against the blitz was 10.8%. That’s seventh among quarterbacks with at least 100 attempts against the blitz, and only Minnesota blitzed more than Tampa this year. When the Bucs didn’t blitz, they were ninth in explosive rate allowed so there’s a lot to like for Daniels. It also doesn’t hurt that Daniels had the most scramble attempts when blitzed on the season, so his rushing ability could shine in this matchup.
