My best entry in the Circa Millions went 2-3 last week, dropping me to 118th place out of 5273 total entries. It’s still just four correct picks out of first, so there’s no reason to panic at this point, since it’s just the midpoint of the season. I’m just going to continue to focus on picks I think most likely to win at this point.

Here are the lines I have my eye on this week:

Week 9 Circa Millions Picks

Cleveland Browns -7.5

This is a clear bet, given it’s a stale line. I’m not seeing -9 -115 for the Browns. This is likely because Deshaun Watson is now playing. If you read my DFS articles, you may already hate me in advance since I’ll likely be using Watson and Amari Cooper quite a bit this week as well (I haven’t started making my DFS lineups yet, so maybe you’ll be safe from another Amari tout from me).

Minnesota Vikings +4.5

This seems like another stale line since I’m generally seeing Vikings +3.5. I’m not that scared about Jaren Hall being the quarterback, though he’s a definite downgrade from Kirk Cousins

Dallas Cowboys +3

According to DVOA, the Cowboys are the slightly better team than the Eagles, and I think most people view it the other way. I don’t think this is a great bet, but I like the Cowboys to win or at least keep it super close.

Green Bay Packers -3

Jordan Love and the Packers looked flat out bad last week. I’m thinking they may have a nice bounceback game at home. We won’t know until kickoff if Matthew Stafford is playing, and my guess is as good as yours as to whether he does. Nevertheless, I have to submit my pick well in advance of that information.
