The Seattle Seahawks signed defensive lineman Kerry Hyder to a three-year deal worth $16.5 million with upside to $17.5 million, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Hyder is coming off an impressive season for the San Francisco 49ers, where he posted 49 tackles and 8.5 sacks while starting 14 games. Hyder will strengthen Seattle's defensive line rotation at multiple spots, as Hyder has experience at defensive tackle and end.
