Gross Bombs: NFL Props for Week 4

Share

The NFL season is heating up, as we’re nearly into midseason. As you’ll see across FTN Bets, there will be numerous pieces of content, as well as our terrific statistical tools available to all subscribers. If you haven’t already joined our Discord, I certainly recommend doing so, as our experts generally find time throughout the week for open discussions, as well as to answer any questions you may have.

This article will cover a trio of my favorite NFL bets for this week’s slate of games. All three plays will additionally be located in our Bet Tracker, but all the analysis surrounding each play can be found below.

Marvin Harrison Jr. 70 Receiving Yards

(-128, FanDuel Sportsbook)

We begin the Week 4 Gross Bombs breakdown with a rookie. Marvin Harrison Jr. had a quiet debut, but he’s come on nicely over the last two weeks, posting lines of 4/130/2 and 5/64/1. In addition, he’s seen 19 targets over the last two weeks. Cardinals TE Trey McBride will be absent this weekend, recovering from a concussion. McBride had been Kyler Murray’s favorite target after returning last season, and while he has been the 1B to Harrison through three weeks, his 22.8% target share ranks 15th in the NFL and will be a substantial percentage to disperse elsewhere. Harrison ranks 13th in the NFL with a 23.9% target share, while according to our FTN StatsHub, ranks seventh in the NFL with a 44.4% air yards share, and sixth in the NFL with a 16.4-yard aDOT. With the Commanders secondary having conceded 83 yards to Chris Godwin, 127 to Malik Nabers and 118 to Ja’Marr Chase, while additionally playing on a short week this weekend, this has the makings of a smash spot for the Cardinals rookie.
