Teams and fans alike envision their first-round picks in the NFL Draft coming in right away and producing in a big way. Sometimes they do! And of course, sometimes they don’t. In the last 10 years, for example, no one picked ninth overall at a fantasy position has put up more than, ahem, -0.8 PPR points in their first year.
Today’s Quiz of the Day looks back over the last 10 years and asks if you can remember the top fantasy producer in Year One from each first-round draft slot. Only players at fantasy positions (QB, RB, WR, TE) are considered, so yes, there’s a negative point total in here, and there’s also a 0.0-point total in another season. And no team has used the 18th overall pick on a fantasy player in the last decade, so you get to take that particular draft slot off of this one. Can you name the other 31?
