The Buffalo Bills are set to sign Emmanuel Sanders Tuesday, per Bills reporter Dan Fetes.
Analysis: Out with the old, in with the … older. Buffalo replaces John Brown with 34-year-old Emmanuel Sanders, but the age doesn’t tell the whole story. Sanders can still play at a respectable level. His WR1 days are long gone, but with alpha WR Stefon Diggs in town, to go along with slot man Cole Beasley, Sanders will be asked to do what he does best at this point in his career: Garner a handful of targets per game in softer coverage with the defense’s focus elsewhere. With Josh Allen leading the high-flying Bills offense, Sanders could emerge as a fantasy WR4/5 or spot-start flex option in 2021.
