The Denver Broncos and star safety Justin Simmons have agreed to a massive four-year, $61 million deal to keep Simmons in Denver, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
Broncos and franchise safety Justin Simmons now have reached agreement on a record 4-year, $61 million-dollar deal that includes $35 million in guaranteed money, per sources. @AllbrightNFL initially reported the numbers.

Simmons has spent his whole five-year career in Denver, including starting all 16 games the last three years and making the 2020 Pro Bowl. He had been franchise tagged (for the second straight year) ahead of the deadline, giving the two sides time to work out this deal.
