Prime-Time First TD Bets — Monday Night Football, Week 16

Offensive lineman Joe Thuney and the Kansas City Chiefs agreed to a five-year deal worth $80 million Monday, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Analysis: After watching Patrick Mahomes run for his life in the Super Bowl, the Chiefs aren’t messing around. Joe Thuney has been one of the best pass-blocking guards in the league over the last four seasons. Since 2018, Thuney has allowed only three sacks over 2,008 pass-blocking snaps. Last year, Mahomes ranked fifth in hurries (62) and seventh in hits (61). This is a massive step to afford Mahomes more clean pockets in 2021. That should be a frightening thought for the rest of the NFL.
