Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy announced on Monday that the team is sticking with Cooper Rush as their starting quarterback moving forward. It means that Rush will make a second straight start in Week 11 against the Houston Texans on Monday Night Football with Dak Prescott (hamstring) most likely done for the rest of the season. The 30-year-old veteran was pretty dreadful in the 34-6 loss to the division-rival Philadelphia Eagles in Week 10, going 13-for-23 passing for 45 yards while also losing two fumbles. The Cowboys had packages for backup Trey Lance and even had him replace Rush late in the game, but Lance will remain the backup for at least another week. Rush isn't anything more than a desperation QB2 in superflex leagues, and it almost seems like a matter of time before Lance is making starts to play out the string in a lost season for Dallas.

Dallas Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush had a poor outing in his first 2024 start as the Cowboys fell 34-6 to the Philadelphia Eagles. Rush completed 13-of-23 passes for just 45 yards, losing two fumbles in the game. He scrambled twice for two yards as well. Rush was pulled late in the game for Trey Lance, who did not look much better. It remains to be seen if Rush will maintain the starting job going into next week's Monday night game against Houston, but even if he does he is off the fantasy radar.

Baltimore Ravens head coach John Harbaugh said that running back Keaton Mitchell's role in the offense could expand moving forward. "I do see a little bit of a three-headed monster there," Harbaugh said of the team's backfield that also includes the NFL's leading rusher in Derrick Henry and pass-catching specialist Justice Hill. Mitchell finally recovered from a torn ACL that he suffered in his rookie season in 2023 to make his season debut in last Thursday night's one-point win over the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals, but the 22-year-old wasn't involved much, seeing two snaps on offense. He averaged 8.4 yards per carry and 10.3 yards per catch in eight games last year and has enough explosive abilities as a ball-carrier to warrant a bench stash in fantasy leagues down the stretch, especially if you also have Henry rostered.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins had four catches for 56 yards in the 16-14 win against the Denver Broncos. Hopkins was third on the team with five targets in this contest. The Chiefs narrowly escaped with the victory on a game-sealing blocked field goal by Kansas City. Hopkins did not produce as he did against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last week, but he was still the undisputed WR1 for the Kansas City passing attack. Hopkins will look to produce in Week 11 against the Buffalo Bills, who rank sixth in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season. It will be a tough matchup for the veteran receiver, but he's talented enough to produce with Patrick Mahomes throwing him the ball. Fantasy managers should view Hopkins as a low-end WR2 heading into a tough matchup against the Bills.

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will match up against the Denver Broncos in Week 10. Hopkins had a strong performance in his first full game as a Kansas City Chief last week. The veteran receiver hauled in eight catches for 86 yards and two touchdowns in the Week 9 win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers are among the most favorable matchups for wide receivers, but Hopkins will not be so fortunate this week. The Broncos rank ninth in fantasy points allowed to opposing wide receivers this season, so Hopkins will likely have less success in this matchup. Hopkins will often face All-Pro cornerback Patrick Surtain II in this contest, limiting his upside. That said, Hopkins is ranked WR18 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings this week. Fantasy managers should start Hopkins as a mid-tier WR2 this week despite the matchup.
