3 You’re Too Low On in 2024 Fantasy Football (8/14)

Share

Our fantasy football rankers are some of the best in the business, but that doesn’t mean they always agree. Twice a week, our rankers will highlight some names they are furthest from the staff consensus fantasy rankings on and explain why you should either be targeting those players or steering clear in your 2024 drafts.

3 You’re Too Low On for 2024

Zamir White, RB, Las Vegas Raiders

Staff ranking: 74th overall, RB25
My ranking: 50th overall, RB18

White was one of the biggest offseason winners when the Raiders decided to let Josh Jacobs walk in free agency. In four games without Jacobs last season, White averaged 21 attempts, 99 rushing yards and 2.5 catches per game. Las Vegas head coach Antonio Pierce leaned heavily on the run game, and I think he’ll do it again in 2024.

Las Vegas added one of the better run blockers from the draft in Jackson Powers-Johnson. He’s part of why we have the Raiders offensive line ranked as a top-five unit. With little competition in the backfield, don’t be surprised if White finishes inside the top 10 in touches. His pass-catching upside may be limited, but I have him for 30-35 grabs.

At RB24 and pick 90 on average, he’s undervalued. RB18 is an aggressive ranking, but you don’t have to take him there when you consider his ADP.  Consider White a rock solid RB2 for you Hero RB drafters like me.
