Utah Jazz guard Jordan Clarkson (foot) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Orlando Magic. Clarkson only played two minutes on Saturday before exiting due to left plantar fasciitis. As a result, Clarkson will sit out on Sunday and hopefully rest up in time to play during Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. Isaiah Collier and Johnny Juzang should see bigger roles with Clarkson unavailable. Neither player is an ideal streaming option, but Juzang is the better streaming choice between the two.

Utah Jazz forward John Collins (personal) has been ruled out for Sunday's game against the Orlando Magic. Collins returned on Saturday after missing the previous five games due to a left hip injury. He looked solid as he finished with 24 points, nine rebounds, and three assists across 28 minutes of action. Collins is out with a personal matter, but will hopefully be back in the mix for Tuesday's game against the Atlanta Hawks. Brice Sensabaugh is well worth a look as a streaming option while Collins is out. He finished with 34 points and seven rebounds in 25 minutes during Saturday's game.

Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen (back) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Orlando Magic. Markkanen popped up on the injury report after finishing with 15 points during Saturday's contest. As a result, the Jazz are going to play it safe and hold out Markkanen for the second leg of the back-to-back set. The Jazz are likely to be shorthanded for this game with John Collins (personal) and Jordan Clarkson (foot) also sidelined. The expectation is that this team uses a committee approach to fill the void left by Markkanen. Brice Sensabaugh is probably the best streaming option after scoring 34 points during Saturday's game.

Utah Jazz forward/center John Collins (hip) will remain out for Wednesday's tilt against the Knicks. The team had downgraded Collins from doubtful to out. A number of players have gotten looks in the starting unit with Collins missing. Johnny Juzang was the most recent one to fill in for him, posting 14 points and four rebounds on Monday versus Denver. Collins' absence has also increased the workload for Walker Kessler, who has gone close to 40 minutes a couple of times in the past four games. On Wednesday, he faces a challenging matchup against Karl-Anthony Towns and a Knicks team that allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing centers.

Utah Jazz power forward John Collins (hip) is doubtful for Utah's New Year's Day matchup against the Knicks. Collins has missed four straight games with a left-hip contusion, and he looks likely to miss a fifth. In the four games he missed, the Jazz used a variety of starting lineups, giving time to Micah Potter, Svi Mykhailiuk, Cody Williams, and Johnny Juzang. Juzang started on Monday in the last game Collins missed and had a strong outing with 14 points, four rebounds, and an assist in 23 minutes against the Nuggets. Collins' absence would also open up more usage for Walker Kessler and Lauri Markkanen in the front court.
