Thursday Night Football hasn’t always been known for the quality of the matchups. In fact, the games are often messy, disjointed and low scoring. Thankfully, Week 5’s edition should not fit into that mold. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers visit the Atlanta Falcons in a game that will likely have a big impact on which team wins the NFC South. Divisional matchup are generally fun because teams know the importance of the game for their playoff chances and there’s a little more juice as players get up for the rivalry game.
It also means that even on a short week, each team should be prepared for one another. Perhaps we still a lead wide receiver or lead running back score the first touchdown again tonight, but I’m continuing to look further down the board. Here’s who I bet to score the first touchdown.
