Sacramento Kings guard Keon Ellis (hand) will be in action on Monday against the Detroit Pistons. Following Sunday's win over the Cleveland Cavaliers, Ellis has been nursing a sore right hand and was initially regarded as questionable for Monday's game. Sunday's contest marked Ellis' ninth consecutive start. As a member of the first unit, he is averaging 10.0 points, 3.3 rebounds, 2.4 assists, and 2.2 steals this season. However, Ellis has struggled offensively in recent games, managing only 14 points over four games before wrapping up Sunday's action with 11 points.

Sacramento Kings guard Keon Ellis (hand) has been a popular addition down the stretch of the fantasy basketball season, but has been listed as questionable for the team's Monday night game against the Detroit Pistons. The scrappy, defensive guard has only missed two games this season and played 39 minutes in their last contest against the Cleveland Cavaliers. If he's unable to play, that would likely force Malik Monk back into the starting five after seeing just 20 minutes Sunday when he registered eight points, seven rebounds, three assists, one steal, and four turnovers. Devin Carter would likely see a bump in minutes as well, but his production has been too inconsistent to be used as a streamer or in DFS lineups.

Sacramento Kings shooting guard Keon Ellis is working with the starting group to begin training camp. Kings head coach Mike Brown sees Ellis as a starter "for now." Sacramento has a spot open in the first unit due to Kevin Huerter's (shoulder) absence. Ellis' fantasy value will get a big boost if he sticks with the starters. The 24-year-old started 21 games last season, averaging 8.8 points, 3.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.7 steals. Ellis is mainly known as a defensive specialist, but he can contribute across the board if given enough playing time.

Sacramento Kings guard Keon Ellis is joining the starting five for the second consecutive game. This time, he'll be replacing Kevin Huerter (leg) in the starting lineup after taking Keegan Murray's spot the game before. Ellis was able to post seven points, four rebounds, two assists, three steals, and one turnover while shooting 3-for-4 from the floor and 1-for-2 from downtown. Despite getting the starting nod, Ellis is a risky streaming option for those fantasy managers who are in shallower leagues. Better options are out there for guard stats. Plus, with Murray back, that will likely take the ball out of Ellis' hands a bit more.
