Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) is questionable heading into Friday's game against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Nurkic is in danger of missing his second consecutive game with a sprained right ankle. The Suns started Drew Eubanks in Nurkic's spot during a win over the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday evening. Thaddeus Young and Bol Bol were the reserves to get more time in a game without their starting center active. Nurkic is one of the rare consistent contributors for Phoenix's limited roster depth, and they badly need wins to end the regular season, so keep an eye on the injury report before game time.

Washington Wizards guard Tyus Jones (back) will not play Friday against the Detroit Pistons. The 27-year-old has a back sprain and hasn't suited up since March 14. Jordan Poole and Corey Kispert have anchored the Wizards backcourt while Jones has been unavailable. Jared Butler and Johnny Davis may also see an uptick in minutes as two of the worst teams in the National Basketball Association meet for the final time this season.

Phoenix Suns guard Bradley Beal (finger) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Denver. The veteran star sprained a finger near the end of Monday's 104-102 loss to San Antonio and could be out of action for the first time this month. Eric Gordon and Royce O'Neale should take care of most of Beal's minutes if he can't play, with Grayson Allen in a position to get a few more shots. He was anonymous in back-to-back games against the Spurs but is having an impressive month overall, with 15.8 points averaged on 48.5 percent shooting from three-point range. However, snipers like Allen and Gordon might struggle in a matchup against a team like the Nuggets, who allow the second-fewest three-point makes in the league.

Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) might have to skip Wednesday's battle against Nikola Jokic and the Nuggets. He tweaked his right ankle against the Spurs on Monday and has been listed as questionable on the injury report. Drew Eubanks will be asked to step up in a big way if Nurkic isn't able to go on Wednesday. He will find himself in a really tough matchup but should be able to improve on his season averages in a bigger role. Eubanks has posted 5.3 points and 4.3 rebounds across 15.7 minutes for the campaign.

Washington Wizards guard Tyus Jones (back) has been ruled out of his sixth game in a row while suffering from a back issue. The former Timberwolf first experienced the back sprain after the game against the Houston Rockets on March 14 and then missed the first few games that he's missed all season. Jordan Poole (ankle) has taken over as the starting point guard in his absence, but Poole is now questionable for this contest as well. If he's unable to play too, Jared Butler is the most likely candidate to get the starting nod. Johnny Davis would be next in line off of the bench.
