The New Orleans Pelicans appear to be on the verge of sending guard JJ Redick to the Dallas Mavericks ahead of Thursday’s NBA trade deadline, per The Athletic’s Shams Charania.

The 36-year-old Redick is in the middle of his 15th season, spending time with the Magic, Bucks, Clippers, 76ers and Pelicans before this move. He’s averaging 8.7 points and 18.6 minutes per game with the Pelicans this season.
