De'Aaron Fox Out On Wednesday

Sacramento Kings guard De'Aaron Fox (knee) is now out for Wednesday's meeting with the Denver Nuggets. He injured his left knee on Tuesday in the loss to the Miami Heat. However, the 26-year-old finished with 27 points in 39 minutes. Fox did go through shootaround on Wednesday, so there's a good chance he'll be back in the lineup on Friday in Minnesota. Davion Mitchell is expected to slide into the starting lineup. But the 2021 No. 9 overall pick has averaged just 8.3 points in three starts this season, meaning he's hard to trust for fantasy purposes. On the other hand, Malik Monk should spend more time at the one, brightening his fantasy outlook on Wednesday evening.

Jusuf Nurkic Expected To Play Thursday

Phoenix Suns center Jusuf Nurkic (ankle) has been listed as probable for Thursday night's game against the Houston Rockets. The Bosnian big man was able to play in their last game as well where he registered 18 points, 22 rebounds, seven assists, one steal, one block, and three turnovers across 37 minutes. Nurkic is in the middle of his third season while averaging double-digit rebounds and his second-best season in terms of assists per game with 3.8. He should remain in all fantasy lineups whenever he's active, especially given that he's in the top 90 in terms of nine-category leagues. The last time the Suns played the Rockets, Nurkic was absent and they dominated the boards, that should change with him back in the lineup.

De'Aaron Fox Will Go Through Warmups

According to Sacramento Kings head coach Mike Brown, guard De'Aaron Fox (knee) will go through pre-game warmups ahead of Wednesday's meeting with the Denver Nuggets. If all goes well, he'll suit up. The 26-year-old suffered a left knee contusion in Tuesday's loss to the Miami Heat. Yet, he still finished with 27 points while logging 39 minutes. Without question, Denver needs him out there against the defending champs. However, if Fox can't play, Malik Monk could see more action at the one, regardless of whether it's starting or off the bench, making him a must-start in all fantasy setups.

Rudy Gobert Available For Minnesota Wednesday

Minnesota Timberwolves center Rudy Gobert (ankle) is available for Wednesday's matchup against Memphis. Gobert played with a sprained left ankle in Tuesday's win over the Spurs. He was on the court for 39 minutes against San Antonio. Should the center minutes be limited, Naz Reid, as a power forward in the front court alongside the returning Karl-Anthony Towns, will fill the void against a weak and depleted Memphis lineup.

Anthony Edwards Cleared For Wednesday

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (ankle) will play on Wednesday against Memphis. He tweaked his ankle during Tuesday's victory over the San Antonio Spurs, although he still logged 33 minutes and scored a game-high 34 points. However, the 22-year-old is one of the most durable players in the National Basketball Association, so it would have taken a lot to keep him off the floor. Of course, Edwards is a must-start in all fantasy leagues. But he's averaged only 17.3 points in three meetings versus the Grizzlies this year, meaning he may not be an ideal DFS option.
