Toronto Raptors guard Bruce Brown (knee) as well as Jordan Nwora and Kira Lewis Jr. are all cleared and available to make their team debuts on Thursday against the Chicago Bulls. There was some uncertainty surrounding the game statuses of the Raptors' newcomers following Wednesday's Pascal Siakam trade, especially since Brown was dealing with a knee injury. Though Nwora and Lewis are DNP-CD candidates in their first night north of the border, Brown should occupy a prominent role in Toronto's rotation whether he starts straight from the get-go or not. It still renders Brown a risky DFS play on Thursday, but season-long managers can get him active. The 27-year-old Swiss Army knife is assembling a career year with averages of 12.1 points, 4.7 rebounds, 3.0 assists, 1.0 three-pointers, and 1.1 steals in 29.7 minutes over 33 starts with the Indiana Pacers this season.

Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner (ankle) has been downgraded from questionable to out for Friday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Friday's matchup will rise the tally to an eighth straight absence for Wagner with a sprained right ankle, but head coach Jamahl Mosley expected the former first-rounder to be back "sooner than later" as of Wednesday. Wagner has not resumed contact work, however, and the Magic will continue to evaluate him on a day-to-day basis. The 22-year-old German wing aims to suit back up during Sunday's Southeast Division battle against the Miami Heat. Caleb Houstan is trending down despite his regular inclusion in Orlando's starting group with Wagner sidelined, but Chuma Okeke is worth a look in deep fantasy leagues for his ability to chip in across the board and stabilize each category.

San Antonio Spurs center Victor Wembanyama (rest) is officially out for Friday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. Wembanyama told reporters following Wednesday's loss to the Boston Celtics that the plan was for him to sit out on Friday, but he is set to play on Saturday versus the Washington Wizards. Wemby hasn't logged greater than 30 minutes in a single game since Dec. 17, but that hasn't stopped him from landing first-round value in 12-team nine-category leagues over this time. Across 11 games since Dec. 21, the 2023 No. 1 overall pick is averaging 21.7 points, 8.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists, 1.5 treys, and 3.5 blocks in just 24.2 minutes. Zach Collins (ankle) has a chance to return from a multi-week absence on Friday, but the Spurs would be awfully thin in the middle if he doesn't. The lion's share of minutes at the five would likely be left to Jeremy Sochan, Dominick Barlow, and SandroMamukelashviliotherwise.

The Boston Celtics have no injuries listed leading into Friday's matchup with the Denver Nuggets, which means that guard Derrick White (ankle) is ready to play. White will return from a one-game absence with a sprained left ankle, and he won't miss out on Friday's chance to participate in a potential NBA Finals preview with the reigning champions. The well-rounded 29-year-old has functioned as a nine-category gem in 2023-24, providing 15.9 points, 4.9 assists, 3.9 rebounds, 2.6 triples, and 2.2 combined steals plus blocks with 90.3% free-throw shooting during 32.0 minutes covering 37 games. Luke Kornet joined Boston's starting lineup and blocked three shots in Wednesday's rout of the San Antonio Spurs, but he'll almost certainly return to obscurity in White's return on Friday.

The Boston Celtics have no injuries to report ahead of Friday's meeting with the Denver Nuggets, meaning center Kristaps Porzingis (knee) is good to go for the game. Friday is a possible NBA Finals preview between the first-place Celtics and the defending champions, and both sides are slated to be at full strength. Boston kept Porzingis out of Wednesday's blowout win over the San Antonio Spurs due to inflammation in his right knee, but they were still able to easily dispatch their lesser opponent. The Unicorn is nearly posting top-25 value in nine-category fantasy leagues during his debut season in Beantown, amassing 19.1 points on 52.5% field-goal shooting, 6.8 rebounds, 1.6 three-pointers, and 1.8 blocks per game. Al Horford netted three triples in Wednesday's start, but he'll likely pivot back to the bench while Porzingis dukes it out with Nikola Jokic.
