NBA DFS Strategy and Picks for Thursday (12/19)

The goal of this article is to outline some of the best plays in the NBA daily, helping us to quickly and efficiently build DFS lineups. We’ll be doing our best to avoid listing players like Luka Dončić and Nikola Jokić on most days. You don’t need to be told that Dončić and Jokić are some of the best plays, but there will be days when a start player is simply projected for too many more points than the rest of the field and that will be pointed out. Additionally, the smaller slates may be more geared toward the big-name players strictly due to a lack of options.

Using the GPP scores in the NBA projections will be a vital part of this article every day, but this is a reminder of how the NBA works. The league isn’t always going to give us injury news in advance which can lead to late changes to our lineups.
