After a night off for Election Day, the NBA is back with a large Wednesday slate of games. We have many best bets from our analysts listed in the FTN Bet Tracker. You can sign up for a free trial account here if you want to see all the plays for every sport over on FTNBets.com.

Here are my favorite bets in the total, points, and assists markets for Wednesday with a heavy skew to unders, as that has been the recent trend.

Best NBA Total Bet

Mavericks vs. Magic Under 215

(-110, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Most books are dropping this already to 214.5 or 214, with DK being the high number right now. Dallas is the slowest-paced team in the league. That is bad news for an Orlando team that scores the sixth-fewest points per 100 possessions. Slower pace means less possessions and a bad scoring average per 100 should keep the Magic down. I would not be shocked if they score under 100 here, which would mean if we get Dallas under 115-120, this under should hit.

Best NBA Points Prop Bet

Jalen Green Over 21.5 Points

(-110, DraftKings Sportsbook)

Jalen Green had a hot start to the year, cooled off and is heating back up. What I really like to see is that he’s firing up shots from deep. He took double-digit 3-point attempts in each of the last two games. He’s taken at least 16 shots in every game and is now getting to the free throw line more. Getting to the line is the difference between good scorers and great ones. He’s taken a season-high 7 in each of the last two games and while I would like to see that higher, it’s double the number per game he averaged in the first nine games of the season.

Best NBA Assist Prop Bet

Luka Doncic Under 8.5 Assists

(-122, FanDuel Sportsbook)

Luka Doncic is coming up a few games under 9 assists with 6 or fewer in three of his last four. He’s had double-digit assists about half the time this year, but this is a game we project to go under anyway, so that is another reason to expect the numbers to be below average.
