Welcome to Hoops with Noops! It’s the eve of the presidential election, and every two years, the league clears the schedule on Tuesday and puts 13 or more games on the preceding Monday. Tonight, all 30 NBA teams are in action, which gives us 15 games of viewing and betting pleasure. There are several great games, and thankfully they are spread throughout the night.
