NBA Prop Bet of the Day

P.J. Washington OVER 17.5 points versus New Orleans (-110, FanDuel

Unbeknownst to some, Washington has tossed down baskets with the equivalent fervor of thirsty mothers chugging bottomless brunch mimosas on Mother’s Day. A late bloomer, he’s become one of Charlotte’s most consistent scoring machines. His increase in usage and shot execution has vaulted him over the proposed total in nine of his last 11 contests. Over his last three court stormings, he’s scored at least 21 points in each. The Pels, not exactly earning their fish when bodying up, rank No. 22 in defensive efficiency on the season. Washington’s scoring versatility — he’s netted 10 triples in his last two games — will likely be a handful for New Orleans to contain. Another 20-plus point effort is very much on the table. Your tipsy mom would agree.
