NBA Prop Bet of the Day

Paul George to record a double-double vs. Utah (-139, DraftKings

Nic Cage. Truffle pig. Kidnapping. Take my money. Sadly, for those who routinely check out this column frequently a more horror-styled film has unfolded. Then again, if you’ve faded, a flick packed with erotic moans has transpired on your screen. Digging a deep hole over the last week, this woeful bettor is officially immersed in the worst slump of this series’ brief history. Can George snap the funk? With Kawhi Leonard down and out due to a knee injury, it’s only logical PG13 once again shoulders a blue whale-sized burden. Last time he took on the weight, in Game 5, he dropped 37 points and grabbed 16 rebounds. With six double-doubles in his last eight contests and given the increased reliance to perform, George should again brush off the pressure and deliver the goods. Utah, one of the stiffest defenses in the NBA during the regular season, has unraveled of late, yielding 1.271 points per possession over its last three contests, the highest mark in the category among still-alive teams.
