Always itching for action, Brad Evans scours the ‘books for a seducing wager whether NFL, NBA, MLB, Chinese ping pong, whatever. Come back daily to see where he’s blowing his bankroll. Fade or follow? That, of course, is entirely up to you.

NBA Prop Bet of the Day

Nikola Jokic OVER 28.5 points vs. Phoenix (-114, FanDuel

With their backs against the wall, the Nuggets are sure to sack up inside Ball Arena. Phoenix applied a swift, stinging kick in a pair of lopsided losses in the desert. To have any chance of advancing, taking Game 3 is imperative. Remember no team in NBA history that’s fallen into an 0-3 deficit has gone on to win a seven-game series. It’s in these situations when superstars, especially those of MVP caliber, elevate their game. If Jokic can channel the energy he dispenses barking at refs to his offense, he’s bound to explode. Though he’s fallen short of the proposed number in three of five matchups against the Suns this year, he’s likely to unload whether inside or out. The Suns, blanketing on D over their last three allowing just 1.048 points per possession, will finally be challenged. Expect the Joker to laugh last.
