Both the Cavaliers and the Thunder are on the brink Monday, because they’d be in a tough spot if they lose to go down 3-1 in their NBA second-round playoff sereis. Hopefully, that leads to two quality games, so let’s get it rolling and figure some things out for DFS.
1. I don’t know exactly what to do with the Celtics
The Celtics are balanced enough that even if they win comfortably against the Cavaliers, you’re not guaranteed to get a great fantasy game. Jayson Tatum went bonkers in Game 3, but it was his first time being over 49 DK points since Game 1 against Miami. At least for fantasy, he’s been fairly disappointing. I’d rather live in the Jaylen Brown/Derrick White range for less, because you have a solid chance of getting 40 points or more. White hasn’t shot well over the past two games but that was to be expected after his heater to start the postseason. Perhaps the chalk levels will come down after a second straight poor game and he’s not going to shoot 7-of-24 forever. Out of the big three, I’d go with White, Brown and then Tatum Monday.
