The Report: Game-by-Game Breakdown for Week 15

Welcome to Hoops with Noops! It’s time for some Thursday (albeit not TNT) NBA basketball. There are three games on the schedule before a glut of games Friday and the semifinals of the NBA Cup Saturday.
We’re back to regular season basketball, but luckily these teams have all had several days to rest, maybe even practice, and get ready for Thursday’s matchup. We’ve got two Eastern Conference games and one from Western Conference. The early games future the Boston Celtics as big favorites over the Detroit Pistons and the Miami Heat as big favorites over the Toronto Raptors.
I don’t see any value for us to attack in those games, but there is a bet I like in the later game. Here’s my breakdown of the Sacramento Kings and New Orleans Pelicans and my best bet of the night.
