Welcome to PrizePicks, PGA Tour edition! This week, we’ll be taking a look at the 2021 Masters Tournament. With two rounds in the books, we’re on to the weekend!

How To Play PrizePicks Golf

If you’re new to PrizePicks in general, checkout the PrizePicks App Review by FTN’s Tyler Loechner. In terms of how it works for PGA, each golfer is given a projected score for each round of the tournament. Projections will vary based off of what par is at each given course. You have to parlay at least two picks with at least one over, and one under in order to submit. The payouts are as follows:

  • Two-pick Power Play pays 3x (max entry: $400)
  • Three-pick Power Play pays 5x (max entry: $200)
  • Four-pick Power Play pays 10x (max entry: $100)

There is also a “Flex Play” option, in which you don’t have to get every pick correct, but the payout is slightly less.

Augusta National is a Par 72 course that plays just under 7,500 yards. In terms of evaluating each golfer's number on PrizePicks, it’ll be important to keep that in mind. For example, if a golfer shows a “Fantasy Score” of 71, this means their projection is a round of one under par, which would essentially be a push.

Recap of Round 2 PrizePicks:

  • Jordan Spieth UNDER 70.5 (W)
  • Bryson DeChambeau UNDER 71.0 (W)
