MLB Prop Tracker (May 29)

Welcome to the prop bet tracker. As MLB season gets into high gear, another way to get in on the action is to analyze the day’s best prop bets – from strikeouts to home runs, first to five runs to total bases logged.

Each day, we will try and identify a few picks that are ready to explode in the prop market.

Cardinals F3 (+110, DraftKings)

Since returning from overseas, Seth Frankoff has not been very good. You can 2021 simply a small sample size, but it’s a microcosm of how he has pitched consistently — an ugly 6.46 FIP is supported by a 14.6% strikeout rate and 12.2% walk rate. Yuck. I would expect Wainwright to start off strong and the Cards to jump on Frankoff.

Mike Foltynewicz Over 5.5 Strikeouts (line not set)

This is one we need to wait a little bit on, as it isn’t out in the open yet. But consider this — the Mariners are really struggling at the plate (fifth-highest strikeout rate). Friday, Jordan Lyles struck out eight batters, and he has far less quality stuff than Folty.
