Welcome to the prop bet tracker. As MLB season gets into high gear, another way to get in on the action is to analyze the day’s best prop bets – from strikeouts to home runs, first to five runs to total bases logged.

Each day, we will try and identify a few picks that are ready to explode in the prop market.

Cardinals F3 (+110, DraftKings)

Since returning from overseas, Seth Frankoff has not been very good. You can 2021 simply a small sample size, but it's a microcosm of how he has pitched consistently — an ugly 6.46 FIP is supported by a 14.6% strikeout rate and 12.2% walk rate. Yuck. I would expect Wainwright to start off strong and the Cards to jump on Frankoff.

Mike Foltynewicz Over 5.5 Strikeouts (line not set)

This is one we need to wait a little bit on, as it isn't out in the open yet. But consider this — the Mariners are really struggling at the plate (fifth-highest strikeout rate). Friday, Jordan Lyles struck out eight batters, and he has far less quality stuff than Folty.
