Welcome to the prop bet tracker. As MLB season gets into high gear, another way to get in on the action is to analyze the day’s best prop bets – from strikeouts to home runs, first to five runs to total bases logged.

Each day, we will try to identify a few picks that are ready to explode in the prop market.

Drew Smyly Under 5.5 Strikeouts (-113, BetMGM)

While Smyly took a no-hitter into the sixth inning against the Cardinals last time out, let's not pretend that’s a good offense. Like, at all. Early on in the year, they really slammed lefties but have struggled mightily as of late. And Smyly? He's been poor at best this season — and the matchup stinks for Smyly. He's pitching in Great American Smallpark, and the Reds so far this year are a top-five offense.

Joey Wendle To Hit a Home Run (+1100, FanDuel)

The value is outstanding, and Wendle is locked into an outstanding matchup. He has bombed right-handed pitchers for a .402 wOBA this season. Griffin Canning, Friday’s opposing starter, has been solid overall, but struggled far more against righties — he owns a strikeout rate under 20% in the split.
