Each day at FTN, we will try to find some unique prop bets that we can play to gain an edge. Here are a few that stick out on tonight’s slate.

José Abreu to Hit a Home Run (+370)

Odds courtesy FanDuel Sportsbook.

The White Sox have slammed lefties this season, and none has bashed them harder than José Abreu. He owns a .316 isolated power (ISO) mark on the season, and while the batting average has been low, the pop has been great. In this AL Central matchup, Kris Bubic gets the ball for the Royals, and he’s been tormented for a 1.69 HR/9 mark this year.

Charlie Blackmon to Hit a Home Run (+450)

Odds courtesy DraftKings Sportsbook.

The Cubs have officially written off the 2021 season, and no one can be a bigger part of the blame than off-season acquisition Zach Davies. After a scintillating COVID-shortened 2020 campaign, Davies has been tattooed this season like the Davies of old. He’s walked 12.1% of batters and his 25.9% CSW rate is one of the lowest marks of his career. Don’t ever forget – just like the house in Vegas, Coors always wins.
