Each day, we will try and highlight or outline our favorite prop bets of the day over at FTN Network. All bets are using the DK Sportsbook unless otherwise noted.

Aaron Nola (Philadelphia Phillies)

O5.5 Hits Allowed (+105, DraftKings)

This one is more about the fact that we are getting plus EV juice on this bet. While the Padres have struggled over the last month (.312 wOBA), it is fair to note that they have welcomed back Fernando Tatis Jr. to the lineup — albeit, to the outfield. In Nola’s last 10 starts, he’s allowed 6 or more hits 6 times. I will take this bet all day.

J.A. Happ (Minnesota Twins)

Under 4.5 Strikeouts (-120, DraftKings)

Again, this bet gets a bit tricky because the Pirates are not a good offense. Not at all. In this barn-burner of an affair, the Pirates blanked the home Cardinals 4-0 in a riveting (ahem) contest. What’s really peculiar is that Happ hasn’t thrown the ball — like at all. Dating back to July 1st, Happ has only hit five strikeouts one time. That’s not good, Bob.
