Though long balls have occasionally crushed him, the Astros righty has displayed steady poise and command, evidenced by his 5.00 K/BB. His 28.1 called plus swinging strike percentage is also nothing to scoff at. Cruising past the over in four straight and eight times in 12 turns, he’s a sound bet. The hurler’s 4.59 road ERA lends some pause, but keep in mind the Orioles currently slot at No. 12 in highest strikeout percentage on the year.
